The team- five technicians!- were properly suited with protective gear and followed COVID protocols at all times on our property, inside and out. (our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) They finished on time and without any delay or disruption; they cleaned each work area and removed all debris, packaging, and the old system. We've owned this house for 20 years, had many repairs and replacements, and Moore has raised the bar so far for quality and value.
