He’s also very personable saying he was going to pray for me since I’m having heart surgery. "I received an email the day before appointment with a 2 hour window. Received text when tech was on his way. Diagnosed problem, ordered parts and made next appointment before he left. He showed up next appointment and installed the new icemaker. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Cleaned up area. Would highly recommend them. "

He came back next business day to install new part. He may not always be able to respond the next day depending on how busy he is but he will respond as quickly as possible.
