"It was a delight working with Province/Roland. He was prompt and very informative throughout the process. Far and away, the best home repair service I have worked with in the Leland area. I hope to hire them for more work on my home."

"If I could give Pinnacle Construction & Bobby Hounsell more than 5 STARS I would. We interviewed and received estimates from 6 local companies to do a complete kitchen remodel from top to bottom. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and upfront and honest. After seeing some of Bobby's work, the excellent quality of craftsmanship that goes into his projects, his very reasonable quote and the fact that he showed up when he said he would we decided to sign with Pinnacle Construction to do our kitchen remodel. Bobby laid out a detailed timeline with the start date and approximate finishing date. Bobby was so easy to work with. They started on the date he laid out in the time line and finished within the approximate date. I mean this company has their act together. I was looking for a very specific type of finish on our island in the kitchen. Bobby went the extra mile and met with me at several locations to see if we could find it. After not liking what I was seeing Bobby had Jason ( excellent worker for Pinnacle Construction) make me a custom Island which came out absolutely beautiful! I just love it! We always knew exactly what was being done in our home and when it was happening. Bobby was always stopping by and looking in on the project and checking the quality of work. All of the outside contractors that came in to do plumbing, electrical, etc were all professional and top notch. One more important note* - Bobby was the only contractor to look at our kitchen design of our remodel and make some suggestions. I am so glad he did as we changed a few things which made total sense , as he wanted us to be happy with our kitchen and love it. A bathroom remodel is in the future and you can bet I will be having Bobby Hounsell and Pinnacle Construction doing the work."

"Most people would rather go to a dentist than hire and deal with a contractor for work on their homes. Jim Hoctor of Allrestore Contractors is the exception to the rule. He actually made the experience a pleasure. He is easy to do business because; 1) good communications from start to finish on the project; 2) fair and honest pricing; 3) all work performed to the highest quality; 4) calm demeanor when something unexpected goes wrong; 5) speedy resolution of problems. I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone needing roof and window work in the Myrtle Beach area. I would hope that more contractors would adopt these core business principles."

"J.R. And his partner completed multiple repairs and installations in my home. Both men were kind, courteous, and keep me up updated with their progress. Very hard workers! Thank you."

"The owner was prompt in responding to my special deal purchase and it was quick and easy to schedule our appointment. He showed up promptly, was was professional, thorough, and friendly. The gutters that met the coupon’s criteria were cleared. We are hiring again to clean the gutters that were higher (3-story) and more running feet than specified, and also to do wood rot repair around our home’s exterior that he noticed. The coupon was a good value for the work performed, and the quote on the additional work to be performed also is fair. We would definitely recommend this company based on the work performed at this appointment."

"Scott Barnhill is the man!  A 5 Star!  We will definitely use Scott for all of our future electrical requirements.

We recently purchased a 2nd home on Lake James with an exterior that is 100% cedar.  The exterior was in serious need of cleaning and re-staining.  It had not been maintained; and, had a significant amount of mold staining and several areas of the trim had the original finish peeling off.

We contracted with Mike and Crystal to prep and re-stain the exterior of our home.  Throughout the process, Mike demonstrated thoroughness, competency and responsibility.  Mike and Crystal took personal responsibility to ensure they delivered a quality product.  Mike kept his commitments and did not compromise his work product even when faced with the stripping process taking more time than he expected.  He completed the project per the schedule he committed.

Mike demonstrated a high attention to detail in the finishing process and ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction.  The home looks beautiful...we could not be happier.

I solicited bids from several paint contractors and evaluated several before selecting Mike.  His pricing was very competitive versus several other contractors; but, I never observed where Mike cut corners.

I would definitely recommend MIke's Painting and will plan to use Mike again when we have painting needs.
