"I was happy with the cost for bleaching my roof and painting my house but there were a couple of issues with the painting we were not happy with. The hurricane shutters were supposed to be closed and painted. instead, they were open when painted so now when they are closed they are half white half tan and they did not do a good job prepping the house for painting. The old paint at the bottom was not scraped off just painted over so it has big flakes in it. Luis called a couple of days later to see if we were pleased and I explained the problem and sent him pictures. He said he would send someone over to fix them. That was a month ago. My husband has said to forget it he will do it himself. It is a shame because we are trying to give small businesses work and we had 2 more projects to be done but will have to go with a large more reputable company."

Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. "             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

I chose to hire these guys because I had previously purchased a "deal" by these guys, which was for 2 painters for a day, and I was very impressed by how hard they worked and what they accomplished in the designated time. So I hired them for more work I needed done. I had no difficulty scheduling. Mr Massarone and his associate were very professional. They arrived on time. This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. These guys did an absolutely beautiful job. The kitchen ceiling is flawless. You would never imagine what it used to look like. They finished on time. They were very neat. I would highly recommend these guys.
