When they couldn't answer a question they would refer it to Karoly and he would get back to us. The installation team worked efficiently and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. Over 2 dozen windows and doors were installed to our satisfaction with the exception of two which had minor manufacturers defects. Karoly's staff worked with the manufacturer to order replacement windows and they were installed soon after they were received.
