Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

After discussing the job and getting the bid assigning the contracts, everything moved flawlessly, Dean’s tile man is meticulous and so professional about what his work looks like I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the job especially when they started it one day and I left town with my wife the next day we settled up before I left on the bill and Dean sent me pictures of the finished product the following day my kitchen looks amazing the backsplash and the accent work down on my half wall turned out better than my wife could’ve ever expected. You know when you’re a DYII guy and you look at a job and you go. This looks like too much and you hire the professional I’m a DY guy, but I hired a professional so so happy I did.
