"Last time I used him, I asked him to make my small front yard/patio ready for an estate sale and then listing. I had asked that it be cleaned up and looking picture perfect. The yard was mowed, a plant coming up by the patio wall was cut off but not removed, and mulch was placed in a flower bed without removing grass first. Again, this is a really sweet guy.  When you use him, just be available to be sure the work he does is what you want, he will do it if you are there to tell him.  I think the issue here is younger generation work ethic vs. old fart work ethic.  ;)  He will mature into a fine yard man in time.
