" The tub manufacturer was late shipping to the provider. The manufacturer did not ship the size that was ordered. It appears that the original order would not have fit anyway, as the provider then decided to order a custom-built tub. On the 19th of December, the provider actually ran the electrical wire before concluding that the tub would not fit. The crew was in the house for about three hours."

He tackled and overcame every obstacle ( and there were a few) with patience and determination. the job took longer than originally expected, but was well worth the extra time.
