"The construction done by Lucky and his sons was excellent! The new addition was built stronger than our house! I don’t know that we could have a better job from anyone else. We met Lucky after speaking with 8 other contractors, he had already googled our house so he had an idea of the job before he got here whereas the other contractors wanted pictures first. I liked his confidence and knowledge and he was also an engineer which was reflected in his workmanship. His design was better then we expected or even thought of. As a general contractor he doesn’t always do the site work but he was here much of the time checking on the job. His two sons did most of the hard work and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were very pleasant to have working in your home. Lucky expected a lot from any of his subcontractors any made sure it was done right and calling them back if he wasn’t satisfied (the concrete guys did a sloppy job on the exterior concrete, not affecting the construction just the outside look of it. Lucky made them come back and fix it without us even having to ask. Anything we asked he went above and beyond to do. Lucky’s contract was the most detailed contract we’d seen protecting both parties. The job took one month longer then expected which I’m sure is normal in construction but due to issues out of his control, like two hurricanes. His initial quote was within the same range as most the others. The job ran $5,000 over budget but that was due to changes made and cost involved was explained first with the option to move forward with it or not. Things like we were going to try and save an existing sliding door that was 28 years old we changed to a nice French door that of course was an additional cost. A budget was set up and explained at the signing of the contract and some things ran higher then projected like concrete, the family room was built over an existing Florida room so the concrete had to be leveled to bring the floor up so there was no longer a step down which cost more. The budget cost was based on a step down which we changed deciding wanted it level. Extra costs were from our changes. If we had not made changes we would have been on budget. I don’t think construction is ever a pleasant experience but I think Lucky and his team got us through it. We most certainly would hire him again."

"The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

The work involved the remodel master bathroom including, removing a wall and adding a new floor in for a new entrance to the space. Joe answer all my questions regarding the insurance progress and what to expect going forward. He's very knowledgeable in home improvement and maintenance. "Derrick Fausnight and his team (Justin & George) worked on our rental property to get it into amazing condition. After our renters destroyed the carpets, tile and walls, we looked for a company that could come in and make the property look beautiful again. We met with a few companies, but Derrick had great vision for what we were looking for and offered to go above and beyond with his services. Choosing Fausnight Flooring was the best decision we've made with our remodel project. Here is a list of everything they did for us: 1. Removed the tile and carpet throughout the entire house 2. patched and resurfaced the underlying foundation where settling had occurred 3. removed all the shelving from all closets then patched, sanded and retextured all the interior walls 4. Painted all interior walls, crown molding, doors and frames throughout the house 5. Installed new backsplash in the kitchen and around the fireplace 6. Seamlessly installed premium flooring throughout the whole house 7. Repaired or replaced damaged floor boards that apparently had been chewed on by the renters' dog. 7. They discovered errors in the original construction and made repairs. 8. I was trying to repair a section of my front door and, while I was busy with work, Derrick and his crew fixed it for me 9. But, also, he checked in and updated us with any concerns and he brought every detail that might be noticed to our attention so we could decide, together, how to improve the appearance of the home.
