Instead of pages of small type, they have an easy to understand and short contract. Their price is totally fair, their quality excellent, and their service the best. I've never dealt with a contractor who worked as neatly as they did. They even had one of their workers check the area around the house for metal (screws, etc.) with a metal detector. Their employees were polite and worked hard. No blaring loud radios, no drama, no problems. When I tried to pay extra for the work they did above and beyond the contract, they would not accept additional payment. I have used them also for rental properties I own and, again, the same great service. Living in Florida, we just are not use to this type of professionalism and honesty."
