"Very professional, but you get what you pay for. I purchased the Exterior House paint job for $1399, They came out and measured every inch of house and said can only do the back and 1/2 of the front for what I paid. Ad stated two coats but they only put on one coat, said they put the coat "heavy". So I was left painting the other two sides of the house and had to pay extra to finish painting the front. They did do a good job on the areas they painted though. Everything was nickel and dime, he didn't want to paint the doors, said they weren't included in the deal. Had to show him in writing that doors were included. Overall, the workers were great, just don't expect anything extra if you by a prepaid package deal. <br />"

"Three years ago Ross Services installed travertine tiles on my lanai/pool deck. They did an excellent job. Three years later, three tiles were damaged, one as a result of the repair of a pool leak. I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call. "Rick and Kenny Cochran are the best roofers I've ever encountered. They provide MORE than what you contract with them to do. Instead of pages of small type, they have an easy to understand and short contract. Their price is totally fair, their quality excellent, and their service the best. I've never dealt with a contractor who worked as neatly as they did. They even had one of their workers check the area around the house for metal (screws, etc.) with a metal detector. Their employees were polite and worked hard. No blaring loud radios, no drama, no problems. When I tried to pay extra for the work they did above and beyond the contract, they would not accept additional payment. I have used them also for rental properties I own and, again, the same great service. Living in Florida, we just are not use to this type of professionalism and honesty."

"It went great.  I live out of town and so I had given Jaime the code for the lock box into my apt.  He did a great job.  We spoke the first time and then it was mostly texting after that, which was in fact very convenient for me also.  His communication was great every step of the way.  He even came back to do some more work for me after he did the first initial part.  He even took some photos of the things after he did the work and sent them to me via email.  I have not been into the unit myself, but my uncle has been there and I have the photos Jaime sent me.  It looks great and my uncle also said he did a great job there.  I felt very much at ease working with Jaime, and would be happy to call him again for any other work or to recommend him to you.  He was very professional and honest with me. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and I think he is a hardworking honest good person.  I did not need any major renovation work done, but I am confident from what I saw on his website that he can handle all sorts of projects, things that were much more complicated than my needs were here.  If you need any type of handyman or renovations done I highly recommend you call Jaime for a quote before you begin.  I can only inform but...in the end...it's your decision."
