"Doty Mechanical was professional and friendly as the water heater was installed the in the basement. We were notified in plenty of time before they arrived. The installation looks great and works perfectly. They cleaned up afterward and gave me a little run down on lighting the pilot and some general maintenance. I recommend them to anyone."

"Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining to us the differences and advantages about converting to a tankless water heater. The installation went smooth and as of now we are happy customers and would call them again if we needed."

"Their system was a great option but my house is old and we are not going to invest into it anymore."

"Everything went well. Not ready to do water heater, yet. Estimate seemed high, but only marginally."

"My old water heater had failed and All Around Plumbing was the only plumbing contractor that I cantacted that offered to come and install a new water heater the next day. They arrived in the morning and we had hot water shortly after dinner. They removed the old water heater and cleaned up any debris that they created."

"I currently own a rental property in Michigan. I often find it difficult to provide quality maintenance from afar, I live in Florida. When my tenant called and informed me that the furnace was not working, I immediately called Aire Serv. they have provided furnace tune ups for me in the past and have always provided top notch customer service.
I worked with Bradley Bonniville, their furnace retail rep. He was patient and took the extra time to assist me with picking out the best furnace unit for my budget. He even took pictures of the final product and sent them to me when everything was done!
I highly recommend Aire Serv for any heating and air services. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

"The audit went well.  The follow-on work (water heater replacement, heat pump replacement, and caulking).
They did a pretty good job.  They did sub out the water heater and heat pump parts.  The new water heater had a heat pump unit on it too.  The water heater had an alarm that went out and was eventually replaced.
The subs did test my patience when they started late and ended even later than they said they would.  I eventually told them they had to get out at a certain time.
I took a year to write this because I wanted to back it up with cost savings info.  Unfortunately, the jury is still out on whether or not the system is paying for itself.

"Quick and professional removal and installation! Also replaced cold water galvanized pipe running from main to water heater with pex. Will consider using M&S in the future to replace remaining galvanized pipes in the future."

"A friend of mine recommended Livingston Plumbing & mech. to me when I was in need of a plumber. When I called they were very friendly and said someone would be out the next day to give me an estimate on what I needed done. Greg was there right on time. He was fast, friendly and his estimate was very reasonable. Greg got to work immediatly and was very professional. All of the plumbing that was done looks and works excellent. I would definitely hire this company again."
