He worked to save her money by finding equipment that fit within the existing duct configuration. He noticed that it was very difficult for her to change the filters and added an extension that would enable filters to automatically be changed (at no extra cost to her). "Every thing went very well, two day install. They left downstairs air conditioning working over night for my comfort. Came back on time next day and finished up. They left garage floor and furnace area swept up. Men were very polite, quiet, knew what they were doing and wore booties when inside. Great people. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
