"I had my windows cleaned by "Austin Early Bird" (another great company I found on HomeAdvisor) and the lead person on the cleaning team told me that the seals had been broken on some of my windows and moisture was collecting between the window panes. I had noticed that on several of the windows and at first I thought that the moisture on the windows was due to it being colder inside the house than on the outside. I told him that I would look into getting the windows repaired/replaced in the very near future. He asked me if I wanted him to tag the windows with painters tape. I told him sure and that the gesture was very thoughtful. The following month on a Sunday I did some research on HomeAdvisorâs website and decided to send an email inquiry to the contact person at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. Within hours of sending the email I received an email reply from someone at the Customer Relations Department with a contact phone number to call. Mr. Dial, the Design Consultant, was prompt, courteous, and very knowable about the product, specifications, installation and financing if needed. I was given a list of contacts at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. for any project questions and concerns. Within 48 hours of Mr. Dial leaving my home I received a Thank You Card from him which was a nice touch and unexpected. I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the installation process. The installers were courteous, professional, and efficient. The workmanship is beautiful and will last a lifetime. The entire team was great to work with. I really appreciated the ease of communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future with further window restorations."
