"Services were provided on time and exactly as described during the estimate.  He was polite and professional and definitely presented well.  We had 6 glass doors and sixteen windows to be washed.  All windows were cleaned and areas around the windows were wiped down as well.  The price for this work was more than acceptable ($170.00 for the entire job).  We were preparing to put our home on the market and clean windows was an important part of that process for us.  He did a fabulous job and we would recommend him to others with absolutely no reservations. <br />"

"I need to replace an old glass shower door in a rental property I own.  I contacted Jan Apple at Central Glass & Mirror after reading several of their reviews.  Jan quoted me a price that significantly less than the two other quotes I received.  I gave them a deposit for half and in less than two weeks they installed the new door.  The installer was very professional, quick and cleaned up after the installation.  I will definitely use them in the future for some of my other properties."

"It was fine. They were very professional and friendly to work with. I also purchased replacement windows from the and they did a really good job. They were pretty expensive. They're always very prompt. They always do what they say they will do. They're very good to work with. They went over everything before starting. The only thing was on the windows I did not realize the tint would be greenish. So I was kind of shocked when they came. I did express that. I guess I just didn't do my research. They went ahead and put the windows in. The windows are very efficient. Our utility bills are lower. I'd say the craftmanship was good. Their workmanship was good. Everything was good except that I was shocked about the tint. I wished they'd been more informational about that."

"We ordered 2 windows on May 4th (Saturday) the order was officially dated May 6th (Monday). I understand dating the order for the following week on a Saturday. We were told (and the contract states 6-8 weeks) that the windows would be in the last week of June. The salesperson verified that the windows would be in no later than the last week in June. I checked with Thermal Windows about 5 weeks into the order to verify that everything was fine and the windows would arrive when promised, the answer was yes everything was fine with the order. But - it ended up taking almost 11 weeks to get two fairly standard-size windows. This delay pushed the entire project off and meant having to reschedule contractors and then having to wait until they were available again to complete the work. We are replacing a set of doors with windows so it is not as simple as taking one out and putting another in an existing space. There is framing, sheathing, brickwork, etc. Brian (not sure of his title) drove to Tulsa(?) to the plant and picked up our windows, after he arranged a time for us to pick up the windows he called my husband back after he realized he would drive right by us on the way back from Tulsa and offered to deliver the windows. My husband was happy with the delivery and windows. The windows themselves look good and appear to have good quality but the customer service side of the company leaves a lot to be desired. Mixed messages from different staffers, being told our windows were not on the truck and would have to wait another three weeks for the next delivery, etc. When it finally got to Brian he took care of the issue to the best of his ability. The company needs more than one person who can answer questions accurately and needs to implement a better order tracking and information system. A folder on a desk is not an efficient method for order tracking."

"I arrived before my scheduled appointment time. They got me right in. They were very pleasant and professional. They offered me water or soda. They did crack the new window while installing it but went right away and got another winshield. They were still able to finish the installation before my orignal appointment would have been over and of course no extra charge for the second windshield. The windshield looks and performs perfectly. Exceptional work!!  My truck needs a new windshield and I will be seeing them very soon for that repair. <br /> Steve Cooper <br />"

"We had Cliff, and the Salute Exteriors crew, rehab and restore the complete exterior of our home this August (2018). No only is he an outstanding service member in our Military ranks, he is an exceptional craftsman when it comes to construction. I am also in the construction business and can tell you hands down, Cliff is the most trustworthy and honest contractor that I have dealt with, period. About 25% of the job was Hardie Siding, and the rest was painting, window replacements and replacing gutters. After meeting Cliff and running through the project, he personally drove us around town in his truck looking at multiple complete restorations that he completed with prior clients. The attention to detail from his prior projects, and his extremely noteworthy professionalism convinced us that Cliff and his crew were the right ones for the job. Cliff has done an excellent job picking his crew. Our home was in good hands, and the final product shows. I could not be happier with the outcome of Cliff and his Crew's work. Outstanding work Cliff, I look forward to working with you again in the future!"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Oklahoma City, OK

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
