"My basement drain was backing up and draining very slowly.  What should have been a straightforward process (pull toilet, maybe camera, clean drain, re-install toilet) turned in to a 4 day ordeal, requiring 3 visits.  The issue was incorrectly diagnosing the problem twice -- first he thought is was a vent issue, then he thought it was a septic tank issue.  This caused a lot of extra, unnecessary work for me.  Ty's attitude on the 3rd trip was definitely different than the first 2, and not in a good way.  After the drain was finally cleaned out on the 3rd trip and the toilet re-installed, the toilet hold-down screws were left way too long for the plastic covers -- a detail that should have been taken care of.  Ty seems like a good guy, but after my experience, I have to question his knowledge and diagnostic abilities.  On the bright side, his prices are more than reasonable and he responded quickly when I called him."

"Joel came out and did a complete inspection and gave us the first truthful answer we have ever had. It was just a section of the sewer line that needed to be repaired. Not the entire line as we had been told by another company. Jonathan Benson and Jesse Swenson came out on Monday May 31st, dug the line and completely repaired it. They even put in new grass seed and all The best part was, they are some of the best people there is. Super friendly and extremely easy to talk with. Got to know them throughout the day and found out that we are from the same parts of South Florida and hung out in the same places To put the icing on the cake, they listen to some SERIOUSLY GREAT Music and I encouraged them to CRANK IT while they were here.
