We are now 6 months into this nonsense and still waiting for it to be completed. My father has advanced dementia and brain cancer and this clown company has given him nothing but a run around, I guess hoping he will just pass on and this will go away. Sad that this company has allowed this to go on, but it appears that maybe Cody in the Charlotte office needs to be taught a lesson.
