"Stanley was very prompt for our appointment. He looked at the problem, gave me an estimate and a time for fixing the problems. HE was great. VERY honest and most interested in making sure he's done the work right and to the customer's satisfaction. At one point we called out 5 roofers to evaluate our roof... could it be repaired? did it need to be replaced? if it needed to be replaced, how much would it cost. 3 of the roofers didn't even look at the existing roof and gave us estimates between $13,000 and $26,000 ro replace the roof with architectural shingles. One said that the roof was good but needed extensive repairs costing into the high thousands. Stanley fixed the roof for less than $500 and told me not to pay him until a very hard rain had proved that the repairs were working. Talk about honesty! The repairs were good and we were happy to pay him. He is the ONLY roofer we'll ever use again! He's a gem. <br />"

"I hired Taylor's to replace 15 windows and 1 very large picture window. It took a crew of 3 a little over 1 day to complete the 15 replacements and the picture window took a crew of 3 two days to complete working only on this window. The picture window is the main reason I hired Taylor's. This window was very heavy and there was some wood damage on the trim they had to deal with. They were very professional with the replacement work. It's been 6 months since the work was done, and we haven't had any issues. The reason I rated them a B in responsiveness is that it took a few months from the time of purchase until the time of install. In that time there was very little communication to let me know what was going on."

"While the six house windows were fairly standard and straight forward, it was the eight sunroom windows that we knew would be challenging.  The Window World sales rep specifically pre-requested one of their installers for this job and we are so thankful he did!  While the windows went in fairly easy, it was the new exterior molding/wrap and interior molding that were so time consuming.  The installer carefully walked through different ideas for both in and out and listened to my ideas as well.  He told me his goal was to make sure it was done right and to my satisfaction the first time. <br /> Our new windows are high quality, have instantly warmed our home, and were a great value for the money.  I would highly recommend them for your next window job! <br />"
