He mentioned several times last year that he did more than just mow lawns, so before mowing season this year, I offered him some handyman work we needed done...~$1,200.00 worth. Heard back once and when it came time to schedule, crickets. Then I told him we'd love him to start mowing soon and he set up an appointment for Monday (1 APR). No text, no call, no show. He will do good work for you if he responds or shows up for appointments. That is guaranteed. I personally don't have the patience for unprofessionalism though."

WOW!  They gave me a fair estimate and showed up on the time agreed upon to start the project.  Jerry ordered the materials needed and Tim the tractor operator worked tirelessly and completed the job to our satisfaction.
