"In the time of COVID-19, my husband and I had a hard time finding a plumber to come out as swiftly as possible when we noticed discoloration on the wall behind our toilet. Tim came recommended through another, very similar reviewing and contracting website, and we could not be happier. Within an hour of speaking with him, he was at our house assessing the job. He removed the toilet, cut into our wall (very carefully and as neatly as possible), replaced our original copper piping with pex tubing, and reinstalled the toilet - all on the same day. I could not be happier with how quickly and efficiently he got us back up and running, as this is our only bathroom. We received our invoice promptly with a detailed explanation of the work performed and also a picture of the repair. Very fair pricing for the extensive emergency repair required. "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
