He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable & relaxed, and felt confident in All City's ability to do a good job. There were problems with my sewer over the years so I decided to replace it. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized.
