"This company is not just there on your worst day, they genuinely care and are ready to repair. Took the time was very helpful and even followed up on his own time. not too many people want to do their job and lack customer service but this was the best overall experience having with any plumbing company. I highly recommend them."

"All was flowing well by the time they arrived. They checked all the drains in the house and then worked on the disposal. Works great!"

"Had a slow flushing/clogged toilet. They sent someone the next morning. Justin was my technician. He was extremely friendly and began assessing the issues. Snaked the pipe, replaced the toilet. Mike came out to run a camera through the lines and determined the causes of the blockage. I was given 5 different repair options and went with a hydro scrub. Every option was explained and pricing was transparent. I received a 2-yr parts and labor warranty with the work. The guys went above and beyond, even ran out to Home Depot at the end of a two-day job to buy bags of sand to fill in areas they hadn't even dug out. I will definitely call this company again for my plumbing jobs. Very happy with Justin and Mike!"

"My experience was far above par! All round repair & more were very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to repair my home. Not only that but they responded immediately and were able to help me the same day! They got my drain lines back to normal and even better than how they used to be! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their slow drains repaired!!!"

"The Cass plumbers were polite, Covid sensitive and meticulous in their approach to our bizarre problem. Maurice came first and snaked all the lines and knew we needed a camera to find the clog. No charge for that! Andrew came in to scope the situation and recommended hydro blaster. Still clogged, found the clog and started digging. All resolved. Iâ m very happy. Thank you Cass Plumbing!"

"Alberto was amazing he cleared the drain in no time and was very professional"

"First a different technician came without a camera and tried to rod from the clean out line. He cut through some items at 20 ft and 50 ft and then the rod got stuck and twisted on itself. He said a different plumber would have to come back the next day with a camera. This whole process took 3 hours due to heavy snow. Shawn came back the next day and tried to camera from the outside clean out line, inspected the crawl space, then removed the toilet and tried to camera from the toilet. He also located where the camera got stuck under the house using a metal detector. He explained everything in detail and reported his recommendations. This whole process took 2 hours."

"Highly recommend! Anthony was EARLY, polite, treated me w/ respect! That man spent ALL day (he had to dig up my old pipes in my yard and reroute) making sure the job was done properly. He identified the problem in minutes! … he’s the water whisperer, my front yard was flooded and he spotted the location of the leak quickly. They were the only company that was able to send someone same day for my plumbing emergency!!! And was 1 of 2 companies that called me after requesting an estimate from all the professionals listed. Anthony would also explain what steps he was taking and any hiccups he faced. All done in a respectful way. I prefer to know what’s happening without hovering over him, and he did exactly that. Now, there was only one negative… after a heavy rain storm, the dirt in the holes for the piping packed in, causing major dips and caverns in the ground. Luckily, I’m capable to fill in the dirt where it lacked. Being a single female, I felt comfortable, respected and not taken advantage of. Highly recommend! Great company! Great pricing and great associates!!"
