Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. They trampled everything in the way, destroyed a drip system that was in place, and left mud in the flower beds from digging the post holes. They left with all the left over material that  was part of my bill, and worst of all, they left my gate open and my dogs got out. When I raised the issue about the drip system being destroyed, he just said "that's what happens when you build a fence", One of the most unprofessional services I have ever hired!!
