Our patio and front entrance reconstruction required removal of old concrete, leveling out the slope of the ground, adding some seating walls around landscaping, building a cooktop area for our BBQ, and adding lanscape lighting around our water garden. Mr. Schmidt has a keen eye for detail and helped us make decisions on the best pavers to use and the best way to structure and layout our new patio. He is very responsive to text messages and email. He communicated effectively with us to keep us informed, and he made sure were aware of what he was doing and what to expect. Mr. Schmidt was punctual and delivered as promised. We felt we could trust him from the very beginning. He made an expensive project and otherwise stressful situation go smoother than we expected, and we are very happy with the final outcome. "If you are looking for quality work by an honest professional, you need to call Chris. We were working on our home remodeling and Chris did a ton of work for use. He work on updating our light fixtures, changed our kitchen to canned lighting which really updated the kitchen, updated all out light switches, changed out ceiling fans including our screen porch, installed grounded outlet for stove plug (no more hard wiring to the house) and installed a fail over outlet we can use with our generator during storms. He was on-time, professional, talked through all changes and options and made sure everything went as planned. We will definitely use Chris and his company for our future electrical needs."

"I hired Dan the Man for a new pool install after dealing with a nightmare of another company. The Permit got applied for last week and I see today there is only 1 condition which is reasonable and being handled properly by Dan himself. I understand that occasionally businesses have issues that they need to deal with and Dan is by no exception to the rule but he dealt with it and having 1 condition with Plantation asking for a part numebr from a pool supply manufacturer versus having 12 issues and a pool builder stating these are all the home owners problems. Why hire a builder if I would have to deal with them all myself. Why go to a doctor if you're only going to google your pain and deal with corrective surgery from youtube videos. Dan and his team are wonderful to deal with and I can't wait to post pictures of our finished swimming pool."
