"I recognize others have had good experience with this company. Perhaps my experience was an outlier. I hired them to fix a leak over a patio door. The problem was misdiagnosed ? twice it now appears. Mistakes happen and I understand diagnosing leaks to be challenging. But responsiveness was frustratingly slow and, after half the job was completed and it became clear it was the wrong solution, they seemed to lose interest. When I gave them another chance to articulate next steps they simply didn't respond.And when I asked for a partial refund for the work never completed, they indicated their quote was only for half the job that was actually completed. I don't want to demonize their guy. He seemed like a nice fellow. But I sure hope he does better for future customers."

Licensed General Contractors, we do not sub-contract any work out. Payments on projects are due 50% upon project start up and remaining due upon completion. Pricing promotions offer 10% discounts to Seniors & Military. Financing is available for up to 6 months on 50% of the project cost at 12% interest.
