"I just read the review in the “Remodeling - General” category dated 08/22/2017. I must say that my experience with Eric precisely mirrored those that were most eloquently expressed in that review. I am beyond pleased with the results of the bathroom remodel in which an ancient bathtub with its tired acrylic walls was removed and replaced with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. As Eric consistently exceeded expectations in all aspects of this two-week project, I highly recommend him for your remodeling projects. As a result of the initial design consultation, Eric provided me with a detailed and what proved to be a remarkably accurate estimate of the costs. In fact, plumbing was the only item to exceed estimate due to a few hidden surprises that only revealed themselves when the walls were laid bare. Eric had advised us that this might be the case, so it was not unanticipated. The demolition phase involved removing the old bathtub, acrylic panels and underlying sheet rock. Also several layers of old flooring were removed. The resultant detritus was all quickly bagged and removed from the site. The hall and stairs leading to the bathroom were left clean upon completion of work each day. Eric amalgamates his intelligence, knowledge, experience, skill, and intense pride of work to produce an end result which defines the word "quality". I was continually impressed with how he could identify problem issues in advance, which allowed him to design and smoothly integrate solutions into the project. As the project evolved toward completion, his suggested a number of design improvements that significantly enhanced the final appearance. The finished tile work was simply superb. Eric engaged top-notch sub-contractors for the plumbing, glass and Wedi shower system (done by a certified installer). I noted that Eric was always careful to co-ordinate with the sub-contractors to ensure the intersections of their tasks and his went smoothly. We could not be at home at all times, but were very comfortable leaving him to work on his own. He was even careful to make certain that our intrepid indoor cat did not sneak out. If you want first class work done with attention to detail and executed with consummate skill by a really nice guy, look no further."

"Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. "Mark Haight himself came out to measure our building's hallways and stairs for new carpet. Mark later dropped off sample boards. After we'd chosen the carpet, we shopped around. We ended up giving Haight the work in the end because they submitted the most reasonable bid. My primary contact, by email and phone, was with Melita. She helped with the samples and she scheduled the work. Melita was exceptionally easy to work with.Shortly before the removal/installation date, Seattle City Light informed us that power would be out to the block on installation day, for utility work. I was willing to reschedule, but Melita consulted her crew. They wanted to go forward despite the possible blackout conditions. The power did go out, early, and yet the crew performed carpet removal under extraordinary conditions: on a hot day, no lights indoors, using only headlamps that I provided them (they really should've brought their own, though), with black dust in the air due to the old carpet pad having disintegrated. After the installation, I noticed that a set of small, regular holes were visible in all the 2nd floor hallway carpet. There were also some scuffs to the interior paint. Haight sent a guy out to examine the work. He touched up the scuffs. He also determined that the 2nd floor holes were due to one of the installers using an improper technique. Mark Haight himself called later and said that they would come back and reinstall the 2nd floor carpet at their own expense. They did. So although I was disappointed by the initial installation error (the holes), we were pleased by the final result. Kudos to Mark Haight for being a real professional and getting the error fixed for us as soon as possible. "

"Now our shower floor re-glaze is failing, so ......Fortunately the company offers a five year guarantee. I don't look forward to having the fumes again, but that can't be helped. I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing. BTW....I didn't get to review the repair with all the changes in Angie's list, then a death in my family (our son) and an estate to handle which took a long time....so...............sorry about that...."

"Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!"
