She stayed in constant communication with me to ensure I was knowledgeable about pricing and product prior to installation. I have old aluminum window frames and was anxious about how the new screen frames would match. She suggested we exchange photos of my frames to their product to determine the appropriate color. I chose the gray, which turned out perfect!! Rich, the Technician, was dedicated, prompt and professional. He constructed the screens in his mobile trailer and installed them in no time! Great company, will use them again!"

"We had been searching for someone to repair the roof of our house for long period of time but no success. Most of the roofing contractors that we contacted did not want to repair the roof, but wanted to completely replace it. Some of the contractors would make an appointment and would not show up for the appointment and would not call. From our initial call with Northwest Tile, the experience was AWESOME! The owner, Marty,showed up on time for the initial appointment and was extremely professional. His team members, Chris and Jeremy, showed up on time for the work and were outstanding. The work was done in a professional manner and was excellent. I was so impressed that I asked the co-owner Stacy for business cards to take to work and share them with others. Two years later, they came out again for some warranty work and another team member Nathan came as part of the team and he was great also. My dealing with Northwest has been great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It has taken me a long time to get this review into the system, but I wanted to give credit where it is due. <br />"
