He showed up when he said he would and worked late into the night on a Saturday to replace a broken water main that had been damaged during the ice storm. The repair required digging under concrete and dealing with a difficult main line situation, but he hustled the entire time and worked efficiently to restore our water. He returned Sunday morning to finish everything up and made sure the repair was completed properly. What really stood out was his work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right. "For months I kept thinking that I would be able to do this job myself, but I could never bring myself to get started.  They took on and did the job in just over one full day.  They did most of the work on a Friday but had to wait for some surfaces to dry and so finished everything on the following Monday morning.  They were friendly, professional, prompt and thorough.  They answered all my questions, even the ones that I'm sure they thought were nit picky or overly simple, in a polite and patient manner.  They continually checked to make sure that they were doing the specific things I had asked them to do.  They were also (a biggie for me!) pretty neat and cleaned up well after themselves all during the job.  They took my bathroom from a disheveled mess to a neat, clean and pretty bathroom!  I would definitely hire them again for other jobs!"

"THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STARS IN HEAVEN TO SAY HOW WONDERFUL MR. ADKINS AND HIS CREW WERE TO US!!!!! OnJuly 1st. There was a very bad storm in Mason Co,. And we were without electricity for 7 hours. During that time the loss of power ruined our bladder tank in our well house. My husband and I have been using a well that his family dug probably in the 40's when they built the house. We have been without water since July 1st. So we decided to put in city water. We paid for the tap and the city of Point Pleasant water office said for us to find a contractor to install the line. They said " just go to a hardware store and they will probably know of someone who can do it." We went to 2. No luck. A lot of contractors are swamped with work and we were told it would be weeks before they could get time to do it. So after much prayer God sent Mr. Adkins and his crew!!!!! There are not enough words to describe the great level of professionalism and the quality of work is nothing short of perfect!!!! After describing our problem, Mr. Adkins moved his schedule around and placed us on an emergency status and came here at 9 am and by 4pm I now have running water in my home!!! IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!"

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
