"Serge, Nick, and Alex did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom from top to bottom. I have an old house, and before the project, no major work had been done on the bathroom in over 30 years. They started with a complete demolition and meticulously planned and executed every step of building a bathroom from start to finish. They worked very long hours for about a month and overcame every problem and challenge that came up without compliant. They did not take a single extra day off and after every work day I saw visible progress. Serge was also very transparent and responsive about communicating problems and was willing to go above and beyond the original plan to make sure the job was done the right way. He is also very professional. Every week he sent me a detailed invoice with complete documentation of all material purchases and labor costs. There were no hidden surcharges or unexpected costs. "I used KWD Electric 2 times in the recent past and was planning to write a review after the 3rd and final visit to my mother's house. The first to jobs went well, one "simple" (replacing 6 outlets) and one "complex" upgrading the service panel plus a couple other items. Ken was late both times and his responsiveness to my initial contact took a little too long but I overlooked that. The 3rd visit he was to replace all switches and outlets in the kitchen (after the renovation). On July 30th Ken's email stated a quote would follow in a  day or two. It is now August 26th and I am still waiting. Needless to say this is very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Update: Ken did apologize for forgetting and stated he would not take on more than he could schedule.
