I had the heating and air conditioner for twenty years, and also bought this unit. The price is really high for an air conditioner. $12,500 if you want it down right. $4000 in the attic. It was $16500 investment. He didn't have what I wanted to hear. The gauges to calibrate anything. Nothing needs calibrating and told him the problem with the thermostat, and since he left he just turned it way down, I am trying to get eighty degrees, and keep it normal temperature. He is trying to get seventy eight, seventy five. Certainly its going to pump a little more colder. He didn't give us a reason why that thermostat isn't working right in the afternoon. He didn't have that answer, or the reason that you could adjust it. Can you adjust that? He had no idea of any adjustments of the thermostat. I didn't ask. I wanted to keep it all the same. I don't know, he didn't had the experience in heating and air, but he had the experience in plumbing. He didn't, and what he wanted for $85, its steep for me, when I just paid $16500, and for the attic ventilation system. I thought he would say $50 or $60. I paid him, and I went to Right Choice to do everything, complimentary. Something to help us out. I didn't ask them, but I would hope they would offer. He wasn't knowledgeable, and didn't know the answer. He wanted a $1000, it takes care of maintenance. Like he just came to the house. That is what he wanted to sell me. I gave him an soda pop, and wanted to see what he wanted to sell me.They sent an really knowledgeable installer. The parts are all knew. I would think they would have followed up, but nothing. Maybe that isn't a lot of money. I wrote a $12,250 check to them. Its a lot of money. I would want them to come out and make the air flows correct."

When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. "It was easy to schedule the original consultation on their webpage, and Michael did a great job examining my house and explaining the work that would be done. The price was considerably less than the previous quote that I received, so I accepted it. The technicians installed the system over two days. The new low-profile condenser on my back patio doesn't take up much space, and it's a lot quieter than most that I've heard at other houses. There was an issue with the exhaust pipes and safety switch in the attic that required them to come out and make corrections a couple weeks after installation, but they corrected the issue promptly, and since then I've been enjoying my cooler house. Michael, Juan, and the others were very responsive and professional, and they didn't make any mess inside my house as the installation was done. They're definitely worth talking to if you need to add central air conditioning."

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."
