"I have an older home with small bathrooms. We were interested in replacing a tub/shower with a walk-in shower. We wanted something simple and affordable. Jalen took measurements and listened to what we wanted. He was in constant contact throughout the process of choosing what we wanted and even offered ideas and suggestions for things we didn’t know we wanted. He was always available for any questions we had. They removed the old tub/shower and installed the walk-in shower in one day and came back the next morning to apply the sealant. They did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier with the results."

We are doing some rather intense remodeling, adding new water and sewer lines. Also installing a new bathroom and kitchen. His work ethic is spot on! "Very pleased with Howard s work. He fit me into his schedule and had my hot water heater fixed in no time. Would definitely recommend him."

"I would recommend Water Worx for anyone needing any type of plumbing work. The team is very knowledgeable and has great customer service."

"My home was built in 1939 and needed to have all the main water line replaced. I found Howard on Angi List. This was a big job and plumbers in the Church Point area could not take the job. I was so pleased with the work Howard did. Great to know a plumber you can depend on."

"Mr. Howard is a very professional man and very clean. My water heater broke and I needed a new one to replace it. He showed up the very next day and changed it and took the other one and put it outside. All I had to do is pay him. And he was very good company and really enjoyed my visit with him. Explained everything to me."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
