"What we hired him for our office: He built a wall where there was a passthrough; closed up two windows in adjoining half walls. He retexturized all this work. Everyone who has seen this new wall (including our painters) have said it's the best drywall work they've seen - that you wouldn't have known it used to be a pathway. Two bathrooms: he demo'd, relit, retiled, installed vanity, bathroom lights, shower tile, etc. Cleaniless wise: I never saw an errant spray of grout or caulk. The crew cleaned up after themselves daily. They laid down tarps and other things to protect the furniture an their path. Collaboration wise: Chad was a great sounding board for alternative tile or materials that helped me keep costs down. He was really honest and knowledgeable about tile, grout, shelving, drywall, paint, mirrors... all of it. He has a large circle of people he can call on to get the work done. He enjoys his line of business and it shows."

I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"
