My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. "Our home was damaged in the derecho; roof, soffit, fascia, and some other items. Our insurance initially didn't approve replacing almost anything. We were having difficulty getting contractors to work with us because insurance hadn't approved larger repairs. that was until Window Depot came and assessed our roof and other damage.
