"Came back from vacation to find our A/C was not working. In this hot weather we were looking to get the repairs done quickly. Spoke with Jeremy at Titan and expected to have to wait a couple of days. Instead, he came out first thing that morning, assessed the nature of the malfunction, obtained the necessary parts for repair and we were back in business before it started to get hot that same day.
