Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. "Called and booked an appointment for the next day (they offer same day appointments but had a full schedule by the time I called). I was told we'd be the first appointment the next day and the driver would call when he was 15-30 minutes away. The driver called as promised and the team arrived right on time. They were quick, efficient, polite, and were patient explaining what needed to be done. Once they were finished with the work (septic pump out and the alarm needed reattaching in one of the tanks) I couldn't even tell they had been there, the yard was as it was before they arrived.
