The technician came on time and was very efficient. He cleaned up the garage thoroughly when finished and set up the four keypads for all three doors. "I'm in a new area and don't know the local service providers.  So, I went to Angie's list to look for prospective providers.  There was nobody close by.  Shenandoah Doors was at the top of the search list.  Unfortunately, they were 50 miles away.  I called and Mr. Heron (owner) responded that afternoon to assess the situation.  We made an appointment for him to return the next afternoon and do the work.  He arrived early and completed the work in 4 hours.  Quality was excellent and the door & opener work great!  I am very pleased with both quality of the work and the responsiveness. <br />"
