"I have heard of this company even before I went to Angie's List and nothing but good things. The only reason I didn't hire this time as I had just signed a contract with somebody else that I had contacted before I went to Angie's list. I wish I had waited as when he called he was very professional and by talking to him I could tell he knows what he's doing. Also, unlike some other contractors he called me within an hour after I submitted my request. Next time I will call him first."

"Apollo and his crew showed up on time. This was a mobile home front door and wanted to replace it with a standard house door and add a Larson retractable screen storm door so had to open the door way height and width. The crew worked all day even during lunch there was someone working. The door was completed that day. I had to go purchase the Larson door and they came back the next morning finish the job. The crew and Apollo were professional and polite. The finished product turned out great. I will hire again for any more jobs that I need done."

"Since we needed to roof two homes, they brought two crews and each job was done separately. The entire process was very professional and actually very fast. The crew for this house caught a little bit of a break in that the roof is not steep, it just has a simply gable roof on a ranch-style home. This crew was top-notch, they cleaned up the job site everyday and also rolled a magnet over the area daily to keep the area free of nails. I am very happy with the end product and I feel very confident that the McFall family will fully stand behind their warranty. I highly recommend this family for building or roofing projects."

"<br>He came to my house, looked everything over (including crawling into the attic) in order to give some advice on what needs to be done.   It's a minor job, but I needed some advice on what he thought I should do.  He took time to answer all my questions and give his thoughts.  He did this on his own time and as a favor to me.  He is very busy at this time, but I will keep him in mind for in the future. A very nice man to talk with and one that will give all the time and help that he can.   I thank him for his advice.  A good man."

"<p>They started by arriving  late, there was only one person which was ok. He did all the work including move furniture. Everything went OK except  that later we noticed some spots on our brand new refrigerator from the chemicals used. I call them immediately and they scheduled him to return the next day. He returned and  properly cleaned the spots from the refrigerator and apologized for not being more careful even after we had a discussion about that same subject. The only other issue was a $50 cost for moving  furniture. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>But overall they did a good job and I would hire them again. </p> <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Orange Lake, FL

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
