"Fine. The capacitor needed to be replaced. Terence replaced it and was on his way. He was courteous and professional."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"We use Hammond for multiple services. We appreciate their professionalism! Kevin did a great job with the plumbing repair."

"Excellent experience from meeting with Bernie to installation by Chris and Willie. Arrived on time and did an excellent job putting in the unit and cleaning up."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Cedric was awesome! He installed two ceiling fans for me and also installed my fridge and dishwasher. He was on time, worked fast, and was very professional. I absolutely would recommend him and also will continue to use him again in the future!"

"I have two septic tanks and they quoted $249 each over the phone. When they came out the pricing changed with add-ons to $950. I called the supervisor and the secretary and they changed the pricing back."

"It was incredible!!!! They showed up in the morning at 7:15 sharp with 4 well-equipped gentlemen and left 3 hours later with my two brand new York HVAC units completely installed, floors were left clean, everything was absolutely impressive! They were very respectful and professional. I couldn't be happier with this experience and the price was very fair!"
