"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Bruce did an outstanding job. He knows his trade very well. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. On his first visit he took care of all of the major issues and gave me some simple instructions to see if we could figure out why I had one bulb that kept dimming shortly after it was turned on. He followed up shortly after and came back out and took care of that issue. I live in an older mobile home and he was very conscientious about checking wiring and making sure that it is as safe as possible. This was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company. The customer service is great and the electrical knowledge is above any other electrician I have worked with. His hourly charge is fair and affordable."

The service showed up at the time promised. They quickly got to work, removing screens, washing them, and setting them aside to dry. All windows and tracks were thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. Screens were re-installed.

The crew was friendly and professional.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"I think in the beginning I would give them a C for overall, but in the end for follow up care, I would give them an F. I think their price was fair. I think the unit is nice. The product is a good product. I just think the follow up care was not good. In the beginning the responsiveness was fine. Installing the heating and air, they were fine. It was the after care that I'm having a problem with."

"Interfaith Electric and Fire, Inc worked fast. He was clean and brought his own parts. Very professional, and a very personable person. Straight forward straight. To-the-point. His estimate is what he charged us. They did a good job and we are very satisfied. He educated us on how we could cut cost on the electric bill and save money in the future. He wants repeat business. This is why he is so frank and honest. Our electricity would go out 3 times a day. It hasn't gone out once since his repair."
