"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

I’m a one-stop shop for all your maintenance needs, with a knack for tech and a wide range of skills in various trades. Nothing too big to tackle and nothing too simple I won’t accept. Not to mention I can promise to beat larger companies and there estimates every single time\n\n

"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

"Mel and James are extremely good at what they do! They laid a new floor in my kitchen, replaced my fold up attic stairs, repaired attic windows and replaced all electrical switches and receptacles. Also installed a new ceiling fan. Will definitely hire them again!"

"Ron was terrific. We hired Affordable for a house gas leak after the Gas company replaced our main line. Ron was available in a timely manner and even updated me by phone the day of service to let me know he was on his way. After the initial repairs the gas company detected another leak, Ron came right away to check on it. It turned out the Gas company made a mistake on their end. Not only did Ron help us find the leak (left by the gas company) he even waited until we could get ahold of them by phone to talk to explain the situation. All in all he was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Will hire him again when/if I need other work done."

"Well, let me tell you that your man from Appliance World is a very nice person and knowledgeable. However our dryer was a bust. He could have tried to repair it and cost us more money insted he said don't waste your money. So we bought new appliances. It's a great world we live in isn't it?"

"He was very professional and courtious. The appliance needed a part. He is checking with Choice to see if needs part or replace the refrigerator. I was very pleased with the his service and approachability."

"The only thing I had to do was make a suggestion on the install in order for the stovetop to be put in. They worked quick and on time , but if I hadn’t made suggestions they might have said they couldn’t do it.!but overall I would use them again for appliance install"
