Jason came out, and found the problem. We were afraid that our 15 year old a.c. was going to have to be replaced. Jason found that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He went after the part and in a short time had it installed and we were up and running. He was absolutely on time with the text that was sent and we were happy with his work and the quick service that we received since we are experiencing over 100 degree temps. We Have also decided that we will use Humphrey when we need a new unit. Homeowners warranty could have been a cheaper option but since we did not want to wait an extra day, our decision came with the best outcome. Thanks so much Jason!"

We had a list of random things that we needed (shelves hung, baseboards, dry wall repaires after water damage, repairs from foundation issues, etc). We are very happy with his work and so we contacted him again and asked him to replace all of the flooring in our basement after a recent flood. After they tore up our flooring we found several cracks in the concrete floor due to recent soil subsidence issues. He was very agile and adjusted his plan. He permanently fixed our basement floor before installing the new floor. We are very happy with our new flooring and with the service. "They were great from beginning to end. The day before Thanksgiving our furnace went out. James came out and did a thorough exam and found that we needed a new one. (That was no surprise as it was over 30 years old) He explained the different type of units to choose from and we selected the one we felt best met our needs.
