"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Amanda fixed my busted dryer. It stopped drying clothes, basically every setting was tumble dry. Amanda arrived within the scheduled time window, she was friendly and professional. She got right to work and diagnosed the issue as a heating element within 20, maybe 25 minutes. Amanda went out to get the part needed and she was back the same day to install it. She tested it out to make sure it was working as it should, she also gave it a good once over to make sure everything else was in good shape before she left. I was very satisfied with the level of service provided, from scheduling to diagnosis and repair. She made what could be a stressful situation, very easy and seemless."

"Air conditioner went down and so called late afternoon and he was able to get there by 6pm the same day.  Gave estimated time and called back to update when on his way.  Very prompt. 
Our capacitor had blown up and he had the part on his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes!  Thought very knowledgeable and reasonable rate considering part was largest cost (over half) and it was an emergency call that he arrived within 2 hours.   He also only charged for the .5 hour and did not round up to full hour cost. 
I have two other friends that used someone else and they are still not fixed 2 days later. 
 Definitely will call and use Blythe services again."

"Upon our invitation after getting Innovative Garages as a potential contractor from Angie's List, Fritz Klooz, owner, came to our house and inspected our garage and listened to our needs. He then sent us a proposal (including the estimated cost) via e-mail, which we subsequently accepted. Fritz scheduled our work, and we sent a 25% down payment. The first day's work included installing the StoreWall panels, prepping the floor, and applying the first coat of epoxy. An additional coat was applied each of the next two days. Fritz and his team did excellent work. We were really pleased with the quality and felt the work met or exceeded our expectations. The cost came out exactly according to the estimate, and we felt we got a lot of value for what we paid."

"I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. He was having issues at his home when I was trying to talk with him. So he had to change the time to come out for an estimate, he had to change that a couple of times because he needed to take care of what was going on at home. It was obvious that he was either a one-man show or a two-man show and I just got the impression that he was in over his head with all these special big deals. He came out and gave me an estimate. We decided not to do it and part of what helped me decide not do it was I looked on Angie's List again after I had him out and in that meantime there were several people who had gone on to his site and had given him an "F" for not following through. So, we decided we did not need to have somebody who could not follow through with an estimate. We just told him "no thank you" after we got the estimate."

"Steve, Nick and Joe arrived on time and per schedule. They moved the beds for me (the only furniture I couldn't move myself) and got straight to work. They were extremely polite and pleasant to work with. They had great attention to detail and were very organized and efficient. The floors look absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the job they did that I asked them to go ahead and put down vinyl plank in the connecting hallway. The whole job was very well done - couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely call them again for my next project."
