"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Our dryer duct desperately needed cleaning, and so did our air ducts. However, our AC system is quite old, mildewed, and would dirty up the air vents again. Iron Air offered great deals to get our system replaced this week. Wow! We got the dryer duct cleaned out so now our family can run the dryer with confidence and efficiency. We are excited to get our new AC system installed tomorrow with cleaned air vents that will run cleaner than they have for many years. We are told the fee we paid for the dryer vent cleaning will be deducted from the overall fee to install the new AC system. Joe has been quickly responsive via text, which I greatly appreciate."

"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! "It was a Sunday morning and I noticed my A/C unit does not provide cool air at all. I called ServiceOne and was told that because it was a Sunday, a normal $75 diagnostic check would cost me $135. I ordered the service anyway. A technician named Guy G came a few hours later. He quickly found the problem - the refrigerant in my system is low, and added 5 lb of refirgerant to my system. The problem was solved. He just chared me the cost of refrigerant (with 10% discount for member of Angie's List), and did not even charge me for the diagnostic test! I am very satisfied with the service provided by Guy G and highly recommend ServieOne."
