Upon their inspection of the pump installed by Back 2 Basics Restoration, they found that there is no way the pump would EVER have come on because the lid was solid! Not only was it solid, with only a hole for the piping to be attached, but they used lid designed to be used for a utility box for Jacksonville Electric Authority! I also paid them to install new indoor/outdoor carpet in the screen porch that flooded. They did lay the carpet down but did not use any tape or glue to fix it down. When I questioned that, they said I didn't ask for that. The old carpet was taped down"
