"Frank (who is the son of a carpenter!) and his team were absolutely the best contractors we have ever worked with. Frank is extremely responsive, responding to our calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion. When he said he'd be at your homesite for a consult or the installation, he was there at the agreed time. He engaged us regularly as the design evolved and really listened to what we were looking for in the design and functionality. He provided visualizations of the design and tweaked it as we made slight modifications. Once we signed off on the design, he kept us apprised of the construction progress and reconfirming his timeframe for the installation. Some of his design is really very creative and functional. During the installation, Frank and his team kept the work area well protected and clean at all times. He cleaned up the job site each day. Franks's attention to detail is amazing and he was happy to explain some of the thinking about his design. In addition, he ensured anytime there were options on how to finish or install some of the components he would ask us our opinion and provide the pros and cons of the alternatives. As part of the design we asked for the onyx bar top to be underlit and the amount of lighting Frank installed is perfect. Not too much, not too little. Frank also told us 2 of the glass shelves had scratches on them when he received them from his supplier. He refused to accept them on our behalf and kept us well informed on timing for them to be replaced. He really wants his customers to be happy and looks out for their interests. I also decided to install almost 2000 corks as the backsplash on the bar. Frank worked with us to design and install a sturdy backer board to mount the corks to. After Frank had completed the installation and I was finishing the cork installation, I realized it would be best to install 2 pieces of trim for a more finished look. I sent Frank a couple of pictures and he understood exactly what I needed. He came back to our home and custom cut the trim pieces for us. And he didn't want any additional payment for the pieces or his time. While he was at our home that day, we had two other issues we asked his advice on. He actually solved both problems for us very easily. We insisted after all his help to pay him for some of his time and effort. He was very appreciative. Frank's final design and install is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It is truly a custom and professional bar. Everyone who's seen it has been extremely impressed and complimentary. We have only great things to say about Frank and his team. You will be very happy with any work you hire him to do. If we have any future projects requiring carpentry we will definitely be using Frank for that work."
