"Updated 05-06-2021 I am very pleased to update my review and post a 5 star rating for Plumber of Tucson. My original review was answered within moments of posting and arrangements were made to correct my concerns that same afternoon. This is exemplary customer service. Original Post I had Plumber of Tucson install a new Navien tankless water heater and remove the old water heater. The work done, the equipment and materials supplied all seemed to be excellent. I would like to give this project a 5 Star rating but there are a couple of things that need to be pointed out. First the gas line and one of the ports used for flushing the system are poorly placed. The way the installer made the connections leaves me with the dubious chore of having to disconnect the gas line in order to flush the system. I really don’t like this idea at all and I think it shows lazy work when a 90 would have remedied this problem. Secondly, the water pipes supplying the unit are of good copper material and use a compression type fitting I’m unfamiliar with but believe to be most adequate. The routing for this plumbing leaves a lot to be desired from an esthetics point of view. Instead of following the wall they were just routed at an odd angle across the gap between one wall and another where the unit is mounted. Difficult to explain, I wish I could attach a picture. Again, to me, this speaks of lazy work. In short, if you have Plumber of Tucson do work for you I believe you will be pleased with the quality of materials and the friendliness of the people you will deal with. Just don’t leave them unattended or you may be greeted with some strange installation choices. A 3 star rating is being raised to a 4 based on the willingness of Don Paz to accommodate my scheduling and budget needs for this project. Now, however, I have to decide if I want to battle this out or just hire another outfit to fix the odd choices the installer made."

Very knowledgeable and professional and did exceptional work on making g the install cleaner that the previous water heater replacement done by Cummings Plumbing."

"Robert Cole is a true professional and did Superior work excavating a home sewer line that had invasive Mesquite tree roots growing into the sewer pipe. He gave us a most competitive and reasonable bid . He showed up on time, communicated so well before and during the project. It was most difficult locating the sewer pipe as our home is 30 years old , but he has incredible patience and performed the Bobcat digging so well and was able to fix the damaged pipe by installing a new pipe section. His assisting staff/laborers were so nice and also professional, as they knew exactly how to assist Robert. It was such a great idea to locate Robert as an excavator, instead of hiring a plumber, as this project required an immense amount of digging down deep into the earth. So, if you have a similar sewer pipe issue in the Tucson area, we suggest you call /text Robert Cole. So happy to not have those gnarly roots invading the sewer pipe. "Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."

"I had used Will's All Pro to replace a kitchen faucet in the past and was pleased with the service provided, so when needed help with recent plumbing issues, I called them again. Brandon came out to repair an outdoor faucet and Adrian came out to replace 2 old water heaters and to install a water softening system. Both techs were courteous and friendly. They wore masks and foot covers when in my house and practiced social distancing when in conversation with me, which was very important to me, and. they cleaned up their work sites after completing their jobs. I was very impressed with their courteous and respective manners, and pleased with the work they performed. Henry also did an excellent job of explaining in detail the different water heaters available and providing answers to all my questions about a water softening system which helped me with my decisions. Additional note: Whenever I have used Home Advisor to get a quote for a problem, Will's All Pro is always the first and sometimes the only company to respond to my inquiry - almost instantaneously.
