He told me both faucets were broken. He spent time calling the wrong warranty office because I gave him the incorrect company. Then I found the correct warranty office and he got all the information needed for the parts to be sent to me. He turned off the heatilator and found it was broken also. He returned 3/20/26, after I had received all the parts. He was here less than a hour. Russell was a meticulous plumber. He was professional and very understanding of my situation.
