Get matched with top computer repair, troubleshooting or upgrades pros in Orting, WA

"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"i have purchased a maintenance program, and they follow-up about every couple of months to review the computer and be sure all is good. Very professional and perfect for an elder who has not kept up with all the computer changes and advancements. In addition to the maintenance program, they are "on call" for me to contact them ANYTIME that I need computer or phone assistance. I love having the peace of mind with all the scams via internet these days."

"The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, as I am not at all computer savvy. My only concern was frequently did not appear to be listening to my questions, while I was asking them and spoke over me. I did need to ask them to stop speaking and allow me to finish my comments and/or questions. They were extremely patient and polite"

"Everything went well....technician did a good job...kept me informed about what was going on....explained the problems and then told me about what I could do if the problem came back."

"My computer and printer were apparently Jacked up and NOT communicating with each other because of corrupt files. I called the Geek Techs and was instantly connected with Shawn. I explained to Shawn what was going on and he took it from that point. The next morning (I called late that night) my computer was cleaned up AND they were talking with each other. My equipment was running like NEW after Shawn worked his magic! I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this company for computer/printer issues! Shawn was beyond knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing with my equipment. Shawn answered my questions AND went further to explain HOW and WHY these issues were occurring. I signed up for the yearly service plan to make sure my equipment never gets back into that condition again! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT! Richard. Havana, Florida"
