With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day. "I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. I was worried about possible damage from mice and was concerned about electrical hazards if this was the case. I called and spoke to David and asked if he could send a tech to my home even though it was after hours and would be charged for an emergency call . Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. To preface the story, I am very hands on and do a lot of my own work around the house and I do not consider myself as a novice when it comes to electrical wiring or other things. David was able to identify the problem for me (turned out to be a tripped GFCI outlet in a bathroom that was wired with my garage outlets....wow....and I was all squared away. It s great to find people like this in business! They were on-time and wore booties over their shoes which I very much appreciated. They replaced two ceiling lamps, replaced 10 outlets and a dimmer switch among other tasks that neither my husband and I could tackle on our own. They even informed me that our smoke detectors are too old and should be replaced - something I hadn't even thought about.
