Not only does the tile look great but Seth the insaller took great pain to mawke sure the tile and grout finish was perfect.. He cleaned the kitchen and garage on his hands and knees after the work was done. Josh the salesman also took great pains and showed patience to help my wife and I find the right Quartz countertop material and matching tiles. "Barry used two helpers for the job. I was impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness right from the very start. They removed downspouts and collected run-off in plastic buckets. To protect shrubbery they sprayed everything first. Next they sprayed cleaner onto the roof a section at a time so that it had time to do it's work. Then they rinsed each section off... all with a gentle spray - no power washer. They also cleaned the fascia, gutters and downspouts. Some streaking could be seen immediately after they finished but Barry assured me that it would wash off with the first rain; it did. We are delighted with our 'new roof'."

"They installed the tile on the floor and supposed to come back to wipe the haze off and then seal. When we called to see when he will come back, he said on Monday at 10:30am. I waited home all day and he never showed or called. When I called him he said he forgot he was off Monday, he meant Tuesday. However, he never showed up on Tuesday, came on Friday. After wiping down we said the grout looks messy and the color is off, there were some skinny lines and some thick and not straight, he said you can wipe it with a wet towel and it will come off. We said can you come here and do it...why should we have to scrub the floor since we paid to get it done. We felt there was alot of bullcrap words....the job was not left nice, clean, professional the way we thought it would be. It took 1-1/2 months for him to offer a regrout and never apologized for the crappy job they did to begin with. We have used him about 5 years ago and he did do a great job, but I dont know what happened to his professionalism and honesty and detail to his work. Losing trust in him, my husband and I thought we would take the challenge to do the grout ourselves and glad we did. <br /> <br />Its ashame he didnt do a great job since we had so many other jobs for him to do.
